หลังจากพูดเรื่องเกี่ยวกับเศรษฐกิจมาหลายวัน วันนี้ขอวนกลับมาในหัวข้อ Management tips อีกสักครั้ง เป็นการเปลี่ยนบรรยากาศก่อนที่จะเบื่อเรื่องเศรษฐกิจกันไปเสียก่อน
"Work on your weakness first"
If you want to increase your value works on your weaknesses first. In any positions or any jobs you will find yourself, there will be things you do well, some you do okay, and some you don't do so well. If you want to improve yourself, and increase your value, work first to improve in those areas that are your weakest.
If you are promoted or recruited to the new job, you should analyst yourself. You should define your strengths and weaknesses for the new responsibilities. Then you will set strategies to improve yourself and increase your value.
The strategy which has to work first is to improve in those areas that are your weakest. You have to define your weaknesses and cause of them. Then you will set the planning which improves your weakness and action on the planning.
Improvement your weakest will help you to defense your position. After you have secure situations it’s easy to increase your value work by your strengths.
